User Content

Stradient grants users a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use its content strictly for personal educational use.

Payment
All purchases of Stradient services are processed exclusively through the Whop platform. Users are required to complete their transactions via the official Whop checkout page.
Subscription renewals, billing cycles, and payment processing are handled directly by Whop under their own terms and policies.
Whop may offer multiple payment methods based on region and availability. For any billing issues or access problems, please contact Whop support.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases made through Whop for Stradient products or services are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise at the point of sale.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly acknowledge that all services, content, and access are provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, availability, or fitness of any content or service for a particular purpose.

If you fail to provide a defense, Stradient reserves the right to act on its own behalf and recover associated legal costs from you.
Modification of Services

Termination
Stradient may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, in the event of breach of these Terms of Use or if your behavior is deemed harmful to the community or contrary to legal or ethical standards.
Upon termination, your right to access or use any content or service is revoked, and any remaining access or data may be removed.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect. Invalid terms will be modified only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law and maintain their enforceability.
